Oximeter – Must to have item

I ordered this for my doctor wife, but she is taken aback, since the parts of this oximeter are very loose. Due to this, it cannot take accurate readings. Also, it seems as if its made up of low quality plastic.This “made in china” product is not worth the purchase. Please do not buy.

SpO2 figure appears correct but pulse rate is very high compared to actual. It is every easy to use and looks like cute gadget. It has a nice display. I have to return it.

I’ve been using this product for over a month now and it’s been working fine. It comes with a pouch and string which makes it very handy to carry outdoors. The only thing you have to be careful of is you have to handle it with care because it can feel like if you handle it rough it could come apart sooner rather than later. So be gentle and it’ll help you.

Just felt a little deviation from my other oximeter thats not a portable one but still it ismostly accurate and does the work for me in emergencies

I am a doctor who is currently doing MD Internal Medicine in a busy Government Hospital. I daily use this product to check oxygen saturation of patients. I have been using this product for the past 8 months daily. This review is based on my experience with this pulse oximeter. Okay. Lets start with looks.1. I bought this product mainly because it looks stunning !! Absolute candy for your eye !! Especially when you put it around your neck with the provided strap, looks professional.2. Accuracy of the reading is fairly good. I have compared it with professional oximeters in our ICU and its fairly consistent with the readings shown by them. Pulse rate shown is also accurate.3. One thing which I found over the time is that, compared to other pulse oximeters, it takes a while to give you the readings.4. Battery life is also fairly good (if you use standard brands like Eveready). In these 8 months, I have changed them only twice.5. Display is good. You can change the orientation of display by pressing the main switch. Also you will get 2-3 styles of pulse waveforms.6. Now coming to the main thing. BUILT QUALITY. I must say it is weakly built. The main problem i found with this device is that its NOT STURDY. Its very fragile. Especially at its hinge. If you are using this daily, eventually its hinge will become loose and when you put it on finger, you need to press the hinge area for it to turn on.My take on this product. IF YOU PLAN TO USE IT DAILY, DON’T BUY THIS. INSTEAD FIND SOME OTHER STURDY PULSE OXIMETER. ( Even a cheaper pulse oximeter like Choicemed is more sturdy. But I cant comment about the accuracy of it.) If you care about the looks and use it only occasionally, it might be good for you.

I ordered this for my mother who is cardiac patient.when her heart rate is normal, this device shows +-10 accuracy( as she was admitted in hospital, from where I compare accuracy of this device with hospital’s device. ) but one day her heart beat reaches 179 (which is very high heart rate) and my device was showing 39 (which is low heart rate).when I asked a cardiologist there and shown my device to him. He told me it is not realiable. It will work fine when heart rate is normal but will not show if heart rate is high. So in conclusion there is no point to buy this device.doctor told me to check heart beat by putting three fingers on wrist and count for 1 minute. that will be more accurate.

You ought to keep this if you are a travel person. I am fond of travelling , trekking and hiking so ordered it to keep track of my body oxygen level on high altitude. Not only that even at odd moments when you are unsure about your pulse its pretty handy to keep it with yourself.In my case, it help me a lot in trekking named Rookund trek, to keep track of my oxygen level.Value for money. Nice product with good price.Note to Buyers: Read battery placement instruction carefully and place batteries as per instruction.

I purchased it considering price and reviews in mind.It’s totally worth buying it. Works as expected. Good Quality, Low Price, Timely delivery, Good Support Service made to write a review and recommend others to purchase it.Don’t think too much. Just go for it. It’s ‘value for money’ product.

Small, Compact, Very handy and Easy to carry. As It comes with carry bag it can also be used for hiking and other sport activities apart from home and hospital use.Single button operation makes it easy to use. It turns off automatically but needs to push a button to turn it on.Excellent Product at Great Price.

The product page clearly says “PRODUCT OF USA”. Even the box says “Product of Neureca Inc, 5th Avenue, New York, USA”. But in fine print (only on the box, not on the actual product) it says “Made in PRC”So be careful, clearly the seller is trying to defraud us by concealing this mportant fact. It’s a Chinese product, not American.

 Easy to use and feature-rich oximeter. Shows %SpO2, Lung Rate/min, Pulse Rate, Pulse Intensity and battery level on the display along with a graph. The display can be flipped 90 deg to any orientation making it very convenient to use.It also sounds an audible alarm for below-normal readings. The screen refresh seen in the video is not noticeable.The product comes well packed with a lanyard, instructions, batteries and a complimentary digital thermometer.

Dr Trust Finger Tip Oximeter is not working as it is not starting also . I have tried changing battery still it is not switching ON. Need immediate replacement as needs to be used for Patient whose condition is critical. SPO2 count needs to be measured every one hour.
