We purchased this as a precaution in case we get affected by covid and need it to check health status during home quarantine. The pulsemeter works as a charm. This is a useful product and should be used by everyone to monitor one’s health. The oximeters which are available in local market are costlier and this one was cheaper by more than Rs 250/- from local market in Noida.
Item is not working and the item is not eligible for return.what can I do
Today I have received the product but it is not working, i,e; not on its power. Then I want to return or replace it but showing not replace the prodict. What can I do now with this product tell me now. Ican not talk with Customers service because there is no option talk with them.So I request replace the product or refund my rupees.

Bad product sensor is bad at reading the finger it always shows the finger out or sensor out very disappointing

This is a Made in china product.This Product doesn’t work, i inserted my own batteries and still ain’t operating,wouldnt recommend it to anyone, I bought it for Rs.2369 and now the same product is for Rs.1299. Total waste product

Absolutely crap. Cheap chinese product. Reading are different every time by 10%. Sometimes results are so delayed that device turns off before displaying the readings.Simply don’t buy..
Seller be attention , please don’t play with health care equipment in this covid situation , product no working and I need it the most because of my mom being a cancer patient. @Amazon please stop entertaining these non functional equipment .
